Event Registrations

Cancellation, Rescheduling or Refusal by Tergar
Tergar reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or other circumstances. If Tergar cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. If Tergar reschedules an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer their registration to the same event at the new date. Tergar also reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations. If Tergar refuses or cancels a registration, registrants will be offered a full refund.

Cancellation by Participant
Due to the variety of events produced by Tergar, cancellation policies vary and are generally listed on the event description pages on tergar.org. If no cancellation policy is specified on the event description page, the registrant may request a full refund, if notice of the cancellation is received via email to events@tergar.org prior to date of the event.

Tergar Learning Online Registrations and Subscriptions

Online Course Cancellation by Participant
Registrants may request a refund for any standalone online course by sending a request to tlcsupport@tergar.org within the late registration period noted on the course description page (typically seven (7) days after the start of the course). After the late registration period has ended, no refunds or transfers are provided for online courses.

Online Subscription Cancellation
Online subscriptions (for Vajrayana Online, for example) are billed monthly. Subscribers can cancel at any time. There are no refunds or transfers available for online subscriptions.

Online Store Purchases

Online store purchases may be returned within 30 calendar days of the date they are received. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in the condition they were received, in the original packaging. Returned items must include a receipt or other proof of purchase. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will refund your credit card or the original method of payment. How quickly you receive a credit to your account will depend on your card issuer’s policies.
