How to use Senses Course

CORE TEACHINGS

If you have limited time or would like to stay focused on the essence of the Mahamudra path, we recommend you focus on the “Core Teachings” in each section. We have intentionally kept these selections brief so that even those with a very busy schedule can keep up.

Going Deeper (1 to 3 hours per week)

If you have more time and are interested in exploring the Mahamudra path in more depth, we recommend that you start with the “Core Teachings” and then pick one or more of the other course elements to go deeper. You can add the traditional and contemporary readings, or pick one of the view, meditation, or application sections from the workbook and complete the practices and exercises.

The Full Experience (3 to 5 hours per week)

If you have the time and are inspired to work with all of the readings, workbook exercises, and recommended practices, it will likely take you 3-4 hours per week for the study element, plus any additional time you spend working with the recommended practices and/or small group meetings.
