This course is designed to take about four weeks, but feel free to learn at your own pace.
Some of our most persistent beliefs and hidden assumptions are that we are singular and independent entities. We relate to everything and everyone in our lives in terms of these ideas. The principles of multiplicity and interdependence help us to see who we are and the nature of reality in more dynamic and fluid ways.
In this course, you will explore analytical meditation to examine how your experience is shaped by all aspects, causes, and conditions. The process begins with meditating on the sense of self. Additionally, your ability to recognize innate wisdom will deepen and expand to include all situations and experiences.
