Who can take this course?

  • Meditators who have taken Joy of Living 1, course 1: Recognizing Awareness and completed its practice requirements, Or,
  • Meditators who have attended an in-person Joy of Living event and completed at least 10 hours of formal meditation.

Self-paced learning

COURSE OVERVIEW

What if our distractions ceased to be distractions and instead became supports for awareness?

This course covers meditation practices that transform distraction into awareness. Mingyur Rinpoche will show us how to use what we see, smell, and taste as objects of meditation. He will also teach us how we can use challenging experiences, even fatigue and physical discomfort, as opportunities to let go of resistance and deepen our experience of awareness.
