About this Course

In the fast-paced world we live in, our attention is pulled in a million different directions. It often feels like the world is programming the mind to be an anxious, distracted mess. Fortunately, we can use the same experiences that create distraction as opportunities to strengthen awareness. We can use everything as a support for meditation.

This course covers meditation practices that transform distraction into awareness. Mingyur Rinpoche will show us how to use what we see, smell, and taste as objects of meditation. He will also teach us how we can use challenging experiences, even fatigue and physical discomfort, as opportunities to let go of resistance and deepen our experience of awareness.
