  • Meditators who have taken Joy of Living 1, course 1: Recognizing Awareness and course 2: Everything Is Meditation and completed the practice requirements, Or,
  • Meditators who have attended an in-person Joy of Living event and completed at least 18 hours of formal meditation.

Difficult thoughts and emotions often get the better of us. We get carried away by our reactions and do things that undermine our own well-being. Meditation gives us a fresh perspective on these experiences. We relate to them with openness and curiosity, and when we do this, situations that create stress and emotional reactivity transform into opportunities for growth and insight.

In this course, Mingyur Rinpoche will show you how to deepen your meditation practice by using thoughts and emotions as supports for awareness. You will also learn how to apply these practices to the ups and downs of life, and what to expect as your practice deepens over time.
